Uh ....didn't we beat those guys in the regular season?
Plus only 6 of the 17 games we played was against our "awful" division.
We won 13 games. Only 4 of which were division games.
So our sucky team must not have been as bad as you think.

Doesnt matter we beat them in the regular season. What matters is the playoffs. the Packers are not on 3 of the 4 NFC west teams level when it comes to playoff football. We are perennial chokers.

And before u guys get your panties in a bunch, obviously GB isnt trash. But we are frauds year in and out

I'm still heart broken... should of been Packers year. I consider twice now ST has cost the Packers the Super Bowl.

The other being the TE ST screw up against the Seahawks...

The Niners loss is soley on the inept offense. No way can u blame this like the seattle choke job.

Was our offense bad in the last game? Yes.
But STs cost us 10 points. In a 3 point loss, I'd say it cost us more then a bad offense showing
Only 7 NFC teams even made the playoffs. And only ONE of 32 teams ends the season on a happy note.
So, I also was frustrated with the way it ended for us. Just as the fans of 30 other teams fans I'm sure feel.

Yes, the STs is trash, which is what cost the team the game, blocked FG and blocked punt that was returned for a touchdown.

And since ST was clearly an issue to anyone with a brain, it therefore couldn't be solely on another issue, as clearly STs giving up 10 points is huge, in a 3 point game.

Also, Packers clearly missed MVS stretching the field deep... fans were right with their concerns that an important injury could happen in the Lions game and it did.

The Packers wide zone, has the clear advantage of using the RB in the passing game, but when a team has the LBers to cover the RBs in the passing game, as the 49ers, Vikings and Bears do, that can make it a lot harder... then also losing MVS to stretch the field, and Tonyan being the guy over the middle, the 49ers were freed up to focus on Adams a lot more and no one else was getting consistently open.

And Rodgers completed 69% of his passes, no turnovers. The 5 sacks weren't good, but you're going to get a few of those every now and then ... the bottom line is the Packers couldn't win running the ball or with Cobb, Lazard and TEs enough and it didn't help that Dillon was out either.

So 3 of Packers top 5 play makers on offense weapons were out, letting the 49ers focus on the other two.

No team is winning a playoff game with only 10 points. The end. Save the excuses about injuries. U sound like another rah rah fan who blames everything else but the actually problem. The offense stunk it up even worse than the ST. The QB decided to go into dumb mode by targeting only Adams.

The Rams winning was the best thing to happen for the Packers, now teams will think they can be the next Rams and give their future away for a veteran QB. Look what the Lions got for Stafford and think what we should get for Rodgers and throw Adams with him. Let the bidding begin folks we should end up with something like the Herschel Walker trade years back for the Cowboys or what the Lions got for Stafford.
Just Imagine this for the next 6-9 years. What a ride it will be 🙂 (PS, Zero should charge for this)

Mucky Tundra (2h) : beast, I thought the designate return from IR players had to be IR at cutdowns to 53, not before
beast (3h) : It's a brand new rule, either last season or this season, prior, all pre-season IRs were done for the season
beast (3h) : But the Packers would have to use one for their return from IR spots on him, when they cut down to 53.
beast (3h) : I think the NFL recently changed the IR rules, so maybe the season might not be over for OL Glover.
Zero2Cool (4h) : Packers star Howton, first NFLPA prez, dies at 95 😔

Mucky Tundra (4-Aug) : *to be able
Mucky Tundra (4-Aug) : and because it's not a dynasty league (which makes a lot more sense to be ability to trade picks)
Mucky Tundra (4-Aug) : Oh I know; I was just exploring and it blew my mind that you could trade picks because of the whole reordering thing
Mucky Tundra (4-Aug) : Zero, I think I preferred my offer: your 1st for my 15th rounder
Zero2Cool (4-Aug) : Keep in mind, we do a draft reorder once all members locked in
Zero2Cool (4-Aug) : You can have my 12th Rd for your 2nd round

beast (2-Aug) : I believe it's technically against the CBA rules, but Jerry just calls it a simple unofficial chat... and somehow gets away with it.
beast (2-Aug) : Jerry Jones is infamous for ̶n̶e̶g̶o̶t̶i̶a̶t̶i̶n̶g̶ chatting with players one on one... and going around the agent.
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : Oo just saw a blurb saying that Dallas negotiated directly with Parsons and not through his agent
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : I assumed that both guys will get paid, just a matter of when or how we get there
Zero2Cool (1-Aug) : McLaurin nor Micah going anywhere. They will get money
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : the Synder years or do they take care of one of their own?
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : Do the Commanders risk losing a top WR with an emerging QB just because he's turning 30 and potentially risk damaging the rebuild from
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : Turns 30 this September, plays at a high level and Washington has some cap space I believe
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : More interesting is Washington with Terry McLaurin
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : I would imagine Dallas will resolve this issue with a truckload of money
Zero2Cool (1-Aug) : Micah pulling a Myles with trade request
