Okay, I know it was just the Lions, and it was closer than it should've been, but I admit that I enjoyed it. Here are some reasons:
1. Aaron Rodgers was virtually perfect. At one point he had five incompletions, and all of them were drops. Even when he had pressure and had to run, his decisions were good and his throws were on the mark.
2. Ryan Grant ran well and broke the 100 yard mark. So did DeShawn Wynn.
3. Donald Driver got his 1,000 yards on that 71 yard bomb: his sixth 1,000 yard season--breaking the franchise record--and fifth in a row.
4. Aaron Rodgers surpassed 4,000 yards for the season--only the second time that a first-time starter at QB has done that (the other one was Kurt Warner in 1999).
5. Charles Woodson and Nick Collins each got INT #7.
Okay, it's just a bunch of stats, and stats are for losers. But at this point, I'll take anything.
