Why do Packers stink in Florida?

Someone smarter than me can find the record, but it feels the Packers always play poorly in Florida. Tampa Bay, Jacksonville or Miami. It's always a shit show. Why or am I mistaken?

Edit: Some sample size. I guess it's just in my head.

I don't feel like looking it up, but supposedly one of the reasons the Saints were looking at Florida was because Rodgers horrible record in the state.

And while we're at it, it feels like they have looked absolutely horrible in their recent trips to California as well, being killed by the 49ers and Chargers at least.

Warm places distract them?
