I would bet every NFL player and every poster here would like 90 million over two seasons. But it's very unrealistic and with the tight cap, impossible, and Rodgers would clearly know that, so I'm smell either bait and switch, not telling the whole story or straight up bulls***...
Rodgers reportedly wants to lock up his contract past Jordan Love's contract and be a Packers for his whole career as his 1st option... and be traded is his 2nd preferred option.
If that 90 million some how locks him up with the #1 option, I might believe it, but considering this as currently written does neither of those, and Rodgers would easily know Packers don't have that kind of cap space... that it can't even be used as a good bluff... I think this is BS.

At this point, I don’t see how he plays here. There has been so much damage. I can’t see fans getting behind him now.
His not being willing to say something to stop this run away train, to me at least, has caused damage that can’t be fixed. He COULD have come out and said something to stop the “media” from making up crap or repeating baseless rumors.
If he really cared about his teammates and the fans, he would have stepped up to the mike and made his complaints and wants clear.
Instead of the “it’s about the people” crap, which says nothing.
If this somehow gets worked out, and he QBs “my” team this year, I’ll cheer him on. If he does quit on the team, or plays elsewhere, I hope he gets sacked 100 times and throws 50 ints.
Also, if Davante Adams demands a trade, I’d make sure it’s to whatever team Rodgers is NOT on, just for spite!😉
