Its on the GM to prepare for it and on the coaching staff to be creative and work around them. As a fan, I don't give them a "pass" for this season because of injuries. Its on Ted Thompson and MM to prepare and adjust. At the end of the day, we're not the Lions or Chiefs. We lost so many close games, we were in a position to win many and either the defense blew it or our offense couldn't move the ball.
