That center Corey Linsley is moving on after seven seasons with the Packers is no surprise given a salary cap that’s down $15.7 million compared to last year.

Also, reports that Packers will address OL after the first tier OL players are gone (too costly, they're starting to sign one in the next wave).

Packers have reportedly talked with C/OG Reps for Brett Jones, Vikings veteran backup.

With the back issue, I can't disagree with letting him go, although he was terrific for us.

Nevertheless, we have some major holes to fill...even before considering it will take a while for Bakh to be at close to 100%. We do not have a proven start at RT. Turner did pretty well there, and clearly is making tackle money, but I think there are plenty of better RT's.

Clearly, they are going to move Jenkins to center, where he will excel.

At guard, I think we will be weak. Patrick is below average as the NFC championship game illustrated, and we will need to have Runyan and someone else step up to even be adequate.

Personally, I would love to have had some of the Aaron Jones money to use to beef up the line. Unless we can add some experienced starters, not the backups there are rumored to be interested in, I fear we will be overmatched when it counts.

You can't be a great matchup against everyone. All teams have a weakness, just got to hope your strength hits their weakness and there strength doesn't hit your weakness.

dfosterf (25-Jun) : It also says he is subject to another ballot in 2028. I recall nothing of this nature with Murphy
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Ed Policy is on my ballot subject to me penciling him in as a no.

dfosterf (25-Jun) : Because I was too lazy to change my address, I haven't voted fot years until this year
dfosterf (25-Jun) : of the folks that run this team. I do not recall Mark Murphy being subject to our vote.
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Ed Policy yay or nay is on the pre-approved ballot that we always approve because we are uninformed and lazy, along with all the rest
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Weird question. Very esoteric. For stockholders. Also lengthy. Sorry. Offseason.
Zero2Cool (25-Jun) : Maybe wicked wind chill made it worse?
Mucky Tundra (25-Jun) : And then he signs with Cleveland in the offseason
Mucky Tundra (25-Jun) : @SharpFootball WR Diontae Johnson just admitted he refused to enter a game in 41° weather last year in Baltimore because he felt “ice cold”
Zero2Cool (24-Jun) : Yawn. Rodgers says he is "pretty sure" this be final season.
Zero2Cool (23-Jun) : PFT claims Packers are having extension talks with Zach Tom, Quay Walker.
