What will the NFL do about the Texans and Cowboys being able to have full stadiums? I think the NFL let the teams decide locally last year. Will the NFL mandate X people in the stadiums??

This is going to be interesting.

Well, sooner or later the mask mandate will end everywhere.
That doesn’t mean people HAVE to stop wearing a mask.
I see a lot of people ignoring the mask “law” already. It doesn’t really bother me. If they don’t feel a mask helps keep their health, that’s their choice. I wear one for my own reasons. I figure it doesn’t hurt. And so far I haven’t been sick.

So, can the NFL force their own limits on the amount of fans? That’s a legal battle, and I don’t know how they would figure it all out.

In less confusing wording. Some folks are saying the immune system is like a muscle. Don't use it, you lose it. 🤷‍♂️

It’s true! That’s why I feel it’s so wrong for parents to try to shield their kids from every germ. Your system needs to be able to fight off illnesses.
And it can’t if it never comes in contact with germs.
But with this “new” illness, there is no way to know for sure who it will just make Ill for awhile, and who it might kill.
I really haven’t changed my daily life, other then wearing a mask. Yet, as far as I know, I haven’t caught the bug. Maybe I did, and just didn’t know it, as I have had to fight off so much up to now. I never got tested, so I don’t know.

Hell, half of the Cowboys fan base might be dead by the time the season starts.

I don't see how this changes anything... teams will continue to balance profits vs laws, just like every company does.

I'm more interested in will the NFL come to do their damn senses and allow some of the successful Covid-19 rules (such as short term IR and unlimited IR recalls) be an every year thing?

Or continue to let their stupidity sit behind the shield of "tradition".

As it's better for the players, teams and fans to have more options when it comes to injuries.

Also, the two call ups per week from the PS was nice too, and gave teams more options, and didn't nessarily hurt anything... though I could go either way on that, but they need the rules to help with injuries.

As basically every player noted in NBA and NFL -- not having fans makes a difference. The NFL has let the teams decide their capacity. If you're the Texans and/or Cowboys, are you going to limit your profits because other State's are failing to do what is best? No chance. I'm an Owner and those butts in the seats help revenue. Let the people decide if they want to show up and "risk" getting the COVID-19.

But more importantly (to me) is the rule accommodations. I hope they stay. I don't think it jeopardized the "integrity of the shield" at all.
