I still can't believe pettine kept Redmond in while we were getting run over instead of putting in Goodson. How the heck does that make sense, mike?

Yeah they could put in Goodson, but then the Eagles might have a field day throwing to their TEs getting a clear mismatch, and you could be yelling why did Pettine out another Safety on him, instead of a poor coverage LB?

Either way there is gonna be a mismatch (and Doug Peterson is one of the best play callers at exploding these mismatches), you got to pick the one that you feel better suits your team and when it doesn't work, deal with the fans questioning you on why you didn't choose the other mismatch that you thought would be worse.

The eagles put up 200 yards rushing and your argument is we shouldn't adjust to that because then they might be successful somewhere else? Switching to someone who can stop the run and may be iffy in coverage is better than leaving someone in who clearly can't do either.
