I agree it's good OL and scheme and that (and price) was my arugment for not bringing in Bell at all.

Here I just said I'd be more willing in LaFleur system than MM's system... and why? Because I think LaFleur system would maximum Bell's versile skill set (especially as a pass catchers) where Mike McCarthy would have no chance to maximize Bell's value.

Because one RB doesn't make a RB stable and it's clear LaFleur uses muliple RBs...

Also because Jones kept missing drives, fans would blame Mike McCarthy for not using Jones on that drive, and that drive failing... but others pointed out Jones was visiting the medical staff and wasn't available for those drive... after he got banged up (it happens to RBs especially).

You want at least 3 RB opinions to start the season... because RBs often get banged up.

From what I've been reading, the running attack holds more value in LaFleur's Offensive System. That being the case, I believe that the following areas will need to be addressed by GB's new HC.

GB needs an O-Line that can not only Pass Block, but open holes for the running attack.

GB needs TE's that can BLOCK and catch footballs.

GB needs WR's (especially in the slot position) that can get open.

GB needs RBs with the speed and hands to execute sweep plays.

GB needs Lady Luck to smile on the Packers and keep the injury beast from praying upon the players.

Of course Williams can be used more... LaFleur likes verstility RBs, Williams isn't that athletic, but he looked extrmemely natural as a receiver and blocker... and might be more well rounded but less physical talented than Jones.
