Read this!!! Huge! Very important!

LaFleur got off to an interesting start with Ryan, but they developed "a great relationship," and the Packers are counting on the same with Rodgers.

I agree with the point about what he did with Matt Ryan is a feather in LeFleur's cap. There are other players on the team besides Aaron Rodgers though.

I am also annoyed about some overreacting that McVay is the next established coaching dynasty and the impact that may have with LeFleur. For example, Murphy quoted as saying "Quite honestly, if he had stayed in L.A. with the kind of year they had this year, he’d be the hot candidate". When the Rams actually make it to the Superbowl (or win a playoff game), I will start to take more notice.

Hopefully Rodgers can buy into LaFleurs coaching philosophy.
After all this is more than likely his last NFL coach.
If he can't and continues to buck the boss then I will have to believe that the rest of his career is only about himself and the money.

Audio of Matt LaFleur talking about Rodgers

The success of both men depend on one another. LeFluer needs Rodgers to help him succeed, and Rodgers needs LeFluer in order to continue his legacy. As noted in the audio Aaron wants to be great, so LeFluer has a huge head start based on that alone.

The Rams are IMHO in their "Super Bowl Sweet Spot". They have a good young QB and a bunch of young talented players at a reasonable salary. As those contracts come up in the next couple of years they'll have some tough decisions to make. Give them credit, they look good right now.
