As others have pointed out, he is so big on accountability, yet:
- Acted like an ass-wipe to the press, which was part of his job, esp. as assistant head coach
- Regression and total lack of development of OLB's his responsibility.

I love all the clean lockers and changes over the last 16 month....long overdue

He got to speak his mind......it cost him his job.

Your angle assume this is 100% Rodgers doing... which you have NO PROOF of... and they fact they're not letting Rodgers help in the search for a new coach probably shows that Rodgers has no control and ruins this whole conspiracy theory.

I don't think AR "got McCarthy fired" but I do think the relationship between the two may have been a factor. If Murphy and Gute hadn't thought it was time for a change I don't think they would have pulled the trigger no matter how Rodger's felt. Knowing this I don't think they are going to be looking for a Mike McCarthy clone. I think they know what Rodgers can do and they will look for someone who can help him do it so I don't think Rodgers will have a problem with whoever they choose.

The way some people talk they (Murphy & Gute) should be saying "So Aaron, who do you want us to hire"

You seem to wrongly think Rodgers is out of control and you know his dirty little secret.... you know it, because it was never a secret, and your conspiracy needs to be reigned into reality.

Rodgers is a good soldier (maybe to a fault) as Jennings and others pointed out, Favre would give the WRs some cover from the coaches, Rodgers was always completely honest and never gave them cover from the coaches.

Rodgers refused to hit the checkdowns as looking for the deep ball is part of the system and they have always made it work in past years... he finally adjusted and started hitting the checkdowns.

Rodgers is not rogue and this conspiracy clearly lacks any proof.... and drawing up plays when he's the play caller and has permission to run the offense is not proof of rogue like you keep suggesting.

Ted Thompson, John Dorsey, Alonzo Highsmith gone

Qb coach, OC, DC. Gone

Nelson, Randall, Clinton Dix gone.

McCarthy gone.

Winston Moss chose to be fired now, so he stated how he felt.

What has taken 9 months to do, should have been done before the draft last year!

Becoming quite clear to me that the plan was to clean house all along.

Most blamed McCarthy, some blamed Rodgers, while the guy that really screwed this year up is getting no blame.

Mark Murphy needs to be held accountable!
I hope I am wrong, but at this point Murphy is on his way to setting The Packers back 40 years.
The 70's and 80's were no fun.

Some Say The Packers need to hire a guy to reign in Aaron Rodgers.
I say The Packers board of directors need to fire Murphy then hire a guy who will hire a GM who can then hire his guy who will bring in his coaching staff.

Mark Murphy is your culprit!

Maybe that's the same as "freedom to change the play." Maybe throwing off your back foot, taking 12 step drops, and holding the ball for 8 seconds OS also the same thing as just calling your own plays.

Maybe no matter what happens, everything is bright and happy in Packerland and all changes are always necessarily just gonna make us better. Maybe.

Winston Moss had a condo near where I live. He's an asshole of a driver. Would constantly cut me off on Velp. Wouldn't even use his blinker. That's about all I know about the guy.

You're willfully ingoring the facts that don't agree your conspiracy.... because you put yourself over the facts.

Fact is lots of QBs have changed routes and lots of smart QBs have willing be given that power because if they see something it can really help.
