It's hard to verify, but reading between the lines, I do feel there are some growing issues with AR-MM, accountability, etc. I'm not vehemently opposed to a change, I just feel focusing on that issue on the team is like being worried about bad cranberry sauce at Thanksgiving when you burned the turkey.

I stole this idea from Ketchman, but I do agree if Mike McCarthy is fired, he's on a flight to Cleveland that day landing on his feet.

He's an idiot because he ran into the kicker and the referee made a mistake in the call?

Name calling. Wow.

HIT THE KICKER!
Did the ref blow the call? I’m not so sure of that. Watching the replay, he DID hit the kickers plant leg.
Did the Packer player cause the penalty? YES.
Your team is set up to get great field position, and your defense made a great stop, and you put your team against the wall because of a boneheaded play.
So I got angry. I called the guy an idiot.
Sue me.

It's like Ellerson was saying on the post game show. The reason the offense is disjointed is because you have TWO play callers. We are all aware of Aaron's propensity.

Mike's problem is he's afraid to stand up to Rodgers or reign him in. It goes along with his overall lack of understanding of sports psychology. Not only can't he get his team in the right mindset, he can't (or won't) control the ego of his diva star QB.

He brings nothing new and im sure MM has the final saying/power on calls.

We need to go back to the 2007 offense where we were running a true WCO with quit slants and out routes....u know the same offense brady and beli run that wins them games...

Rodgers needs to stop looking for the huge play too. He rarely takes his first option read and tries to find adams or cobb downfield.

I don’t see Rodgers as the problem. He’s trying to make plays, and the O-line can’t give him time.
Give AR time, and he will get it done.
Look at the time Brady had? Give that same protection to Rodgers, and he would kill the defense.

Adjustments such as how they started throwing quicker routes to Adams after the first few drives when he was getting doubled. Yesterday was the first time I'm aware of that they ran a 4 TE set. There's sequencing of plays to set up a defense. Truthfully, we as fans don't know a lot of what goes into play calling, one of the big reasons is the freedom AR has at the line.

It's why I mentioned in a previous message you should look at talent on the roster and growth. Jones has improved in the passing game, MVS clearly has added a new element. Adams is a key WR in the league. There's growth we're seeing on a roster that IMO is underpowered. Yet again, this is not meant as an apology for MM, but simply saying "MM is bad, Reid would do better" is an unfair oversimplification, IMO

Obviously a guy like Bellichick would be hired quickly as well but no one is calling for him to be fired. If MM were fired today I bet three more coaches would be fired within the hour and those teams would be lining up to hire McCarthy.
