This is interesting. Let's find the teams that trust ProFootballFocus ratings and rake them over the coals for some talent and picks!

2. While we’re there on former first-round picks, Packers safety Ha Ha Clinton-Dix is another who could potentially be moved before Tuesday. It’s not that he’s fallen out of favor—he’s actually played every snap on defense for Green Bay through six games. But he’s in a contract year, and the Packers have some depth in the secondary to play with.

Funny we keep hearing from the outside how much secondary depth we have yet in reality we only have 1 safety worth a shit and only when he wants to be.

-- Green Bay Packers safety Ha Ha Clinton-Dix could be on the move before the trade deadline this week.
According to Albert Breer of MMQB.com  on Sunday, Clinton-Dix is listed as one of the candidates likely to be moved before the Oct. 30 deadline, which falls on a Tuesday.

"It's not that he's fallen out of favor -- he's actually played every step on defense for Green Bay through six games," Breer wrote. "But he's in a contract year, and the Packers have some depth in the secondary to play with."
It was later confirmed by Jay Glazer on FOX that Clinton-Dix is, in fact, on the trade block.

The Packers allowed veteran safety Morgan Burnett to walk in free agency -- and eventually sign with the Pittsburgh Steelers -- and were left with evident holes in their secondary as a result. The duo of Clinton-Dix and Kentrell Brice on the back end hasn't been able to strike fear into any opposing offense and prevent them from throwing deep.

Clinton-Dix has been on his game for the most part, however. He not only leads all safeties in interceptions (11) since the start of the 2016 campaign, but he's dependable and hasn't missed a game since his rookie season.

The Packers could gain significant capital in return for their 2014 first-round pick, whether it's another safety in return, draft picks, an edge rusher or some form of a combination of those three. They have glaring needs at both safety and outside linebacker, especially if they were to shop Clinton-Dix elsewhere.

Kentrell Brice, Jermaine Whitehead and Raven Greene are the only other safeties currently on the Packers' roster, sans Clinton-Dix. They also have Josh Jones included in that group, who has played a grand total of four defensive snaps in the three games he's been active in this season.

Word is, they want an edge rusher.

Perry can get to the QB, if there's pressure from the other side, IMO.

Clinton-Dix, Brice, Tramon have all been on the field for 99+% of the defensive snaps.

Jackson, King and Alexander have all been on the field between 52% and 62% of the defensive snaps.

Whitehead for 34.4%

Also weather you count him or not... the media is gonna count Josh Jones as good depth because he's a 2nd rounder... and high draft pick as a back-up is suppose to mean they're good for a back-up (though that's not always correct).

A whiff, a few dives at receivers legs in place of a tackle, and twice on one drive with less than a yard to the goal line where the defense had Gurley wrapped up but the play isn't blown dead, other Packers are swarming in and playing to the whistle and HHCD is 3 yards away standing around and pointing.

He could be another one of those players that has a lot of success elsewhere but frankly I'm kinda sick of seeing this shit.

I foresee the secondary getting worse this year if we deal him. I also want to know why Josh Jones isn’t getting any playing time. He played good last year.

Zero2Cool (22-Jan) : Still HC positions available out there. I wonder if Hafley pops up for one
Zero2Cool (22-Jan) : Trent Baalke is out as the Jaguars GM.
dfosterf (22-Jan) : Jeff Hafley would have been a better choice, fortunately they don't know that. Someone will figure that out next off season
