William's is the pass protection specialist. He will rarely come off the field. Mike hates running the ball.

The Packers haven’t had a good RB since Eddie Lacy’s 1st season. If he had someone that could actually gain decent yardage, I bet we would see many more running plays.
Plus, if you have one of the best QBs in football, wouldn’t you use that as much as possible?

Yeah....coach hates fast RBs.
Do you really believe that???
If he HAD one, I bet he would use him.
We haven’t had one other then one year wonder Lacy for a long time.

You use what you have. If your best chance of winning a game is passing, you pass the ball.
If you know that you don’t have a strong running game, what do you do??
Plus in the past several years our defense pretty much forced us to pass, to try and stay in games.

Yes I do. Mike has never chosen the fast guy. Also, lacy was not fast, or anywhere close to it

So he had to play with who he has on the team.
And yes, Lacy wasn’t fast, just strong.

And like I said, our crummy defense gave up so many points, Rodgers always had to pass to try to give us a chance to win. If we had a decent D and RB, he wouldn’t always have the pressure on him to have to do it all.

The few carries he had, he looked really good.
Problem is (which is the same as it’s been the last several years) our defense makes us fall behind so that we have to pass to try to keep up.
