Google, geniuses that they are, have once again made changes to their Google Chrome programing. As a result, my beloved ad shield refuses to block any ads . This will only pile on even more chances for me to view ads that I could care less about. All that these additional ads will do is raise my ad irritation level to a new and higher level.

Any clear, step by step by step advice on how to establish a FULL AD SHIELD again would earn my profound gratitude. Some of you are experts, please help the rest of us out, please.

I'm using this AdBlock extension, no issues.

I have a Chrome Notebook. Nothing gets through. I use a Saxon shieldwall.

Over the years I have had a lot of different ad blocking programs. I am not sure which one is the best today. My office computer is set up with Ad Aware but it was the office IT guy that did it.

The nice thing about the Chrome notebook is that I don't have not put a lot of extra stuff on it. I have only had it a couple of months so I will see how it works out.

I am not suggesting it today Smokey but next time you are in the market for a computer, think about it. It was pretty inexpensive compared to the other "regular" computers.

Thanks and I'll look into it yet again. 😕
