I love Mack, but between the rumored trade and contract desires, it's just too costly.

Earl Thomas is about an equally talented player (though at a less important position) but cost to get him seems to be less... and the move might free up SS Josh Jones to focus in on ILB if Burks is hurt, and those two 1st round picks then could be used on two pass rushers (between DL and OLB)
