Last offseason, the Green Bay Packers made a controversial (at least in the state of Wisconsin) decision to pass on drafting University of Wisconsin pass rusher T.J. Watt in the first round. Instead, then-General Manager Ted Thompson traded down to the top of the second round and selected Washington cornerback Kevin King. With the extra [...]

This might be an out there prediction, and with me being a Wisconsin fan, just predicting with my heart,

Yes you are.

I sure hope whoever leads GB ins sacks has more than 8. I think Vince will have 5 and the team leader will be Perry with 12.

Actually I suspect the closer we get to TC and the beginning of the season the more of them we will see.

I don't give a damn who leads the Packers in sacks just as long as they are hitting the high double digits!

If Biegel leads the Packers with 4 sacks, so what!

If Biegel leads the Packers with 16 sacks, now we talking some bold sauce baby!

Dude was as good as Watt, while playing with a broken foot. Has been getting done longer than Watt. Watt has a bloodline. Big deal.

I love the way the guy's motor runs...the motor is one of the keys to drafting players. A player need both a high rpm motor, quick decision making ability, and an willingness to be a team player...and talent. VB seems to have it all. The only things I am not sure of the physical talent and durability.

Also, I just like having worthy Wisconsin Badger players on the team...I think its cool. And I think players at Madison realize how special it is to play in Green Bay.

I don't care about individual sack totals as long as we are getting consistent pressure on the QB. Can't be leaving our secondary on islands constantly.

I have little faith in Biegel being anything more than an average rotational player. I don't have the Badger bias though.
