Maybe, maybe not. The issue I have with all this over dramatic crap is if you're relying on THIS draft to put you over the edge, you have ALREADY LOST. The draft is for the future seasons, not always the immediate season. You want to get starter out of your (default 7) picks, but to expect to re-make your entire roster and fill a plethora of holes via draft is unrealistic.

Maybe I'm still sour on ESPN tricking me into thinking the Packers really fucked up by not drafting Chad Jackson and instead taking the "slow" and "undersized" Greg Jennings. I haven't been able to get juiced up over draft picks ever since that crap. Basically, none of us know shit!! Let's get these kids in uniform and see what's up when the cleats meet the grass!!

Because many people are looking at Mike Mayock's last published rankings which was his top 100 prospects board, which was published on April 24 and has Alexander ahead of Ward.

We should all keep in mind that the 2019 draft is expected to be packed with talent. Walter Football spoke a bit to this at the link below:
