2018 Dreams
Most of my off season dream has already occurred....change!!!!

- New DC
- New OC

Other organizational changes
1. Even though I know these players have their own guys, I would also like the Team to reexamine the work out and stretching regimens of the player....we simply have way to many hamstring and groin pulls.
2. Also have DB spend some time in weight room to be able to effectively play press coverage.

Re players (includes draft and free agency)
1. Take CM3's money and sign OLB's who can actually set an edge AND rush the passer (prototype James Harrison). When healthy, Perry does both very well. Many of us have not noticed depth at this position is extremely important, and we don't have it.
2. Trade HHCD and sign/draft and intelligent safety who enjoys punishing receivers and sticking their noses into plays, versus avoiding contact
3. Restructure the wideouts and get a large fast guy with hands.
4. Get at least one QUALITY OLman, preferably one who can play tackle on an island.

The Packers made an offer and tried negotiating a longer deal but it didn't work out, its business if every player got pissed because a deal fell through there would be very few happy players in the NFL. Also its not like the Packers drafted the guy he was in town for 1 year and probably didn't even buy a house yet :P
