Anyhow, who do you want back from our free agent list?

But sounds like they haven't talked to Burnett about it (at least not yet).
Packers also need more talented depth at OLB and CB and OLB Ahmad Brooks and CB Davon House have filled in there some, but it might depend on what scheme(s) the defense plays next year. Brooks got released because he struggled in a 4-3 and House got released because he struggled in zone coverage. Though I really liked the articles about how House was trying to be a good teacher and leader... of course those are partly fluff pieces, and reality is sometimes different than fluff pieces but he seemed to be trying at least.
I liked G Jahri Evans... but I couldn't help but wonder if McCray might be able to replace him as McCray played better than I thought, which is why I was double disappointed when Spriggs got injured, because we didn't get to see McCray at RG. Sounds like the Packers want Evans back, but Evans was very disappointed in how he preformed this season (due to his high standers), and was considering retiring.
They're going to keep trying to replace LS Brett Goode and TE Richard Rodgers... but so far they haven't found/kept anyone consistently better. If they're cheap, bring them back as a safety blanket.
I'd like to keep Janis for his ST coverage play. Though if he hasn't developed as a WR by now, I've wondered/thought about trying him different positions and seeing if he might excel in a different role. Say an H-back TE role or a deep FS role (depending on the scheme).
I'm not really interested in DT Quinton Dial or CB Demetri Goodson... but they do need people to fill those roles of back-up run stopper behind Clark and CB depth.
