Lane Taylor should also get some love. Don’t want to hear an offensive lineman’s name mentioned much.
The world needs ditch diggers too Danny!!!

Thank you , the negative cry baby's get on my last nerve by rolling around in the mud as they celebrate their pity party . I may not always succeed , but I try to create positive ( not negative ) threads .

Also , Mike Daniels has been a force to the D-line credit . He will get a Probowl vote from me .

I got to go with Kenny Clark, he's dominated the run game as a 4-2 NT... as the Packers are 7th in defensive yards push rush at 3.8 and helped keep Martinez clean, who's also stepped up and is my honorable mention.

And Damarious Randall has to be mentioned since being sent to the locker room, he's stepped it up... getting turnovers and not hearing him complain or coaches taking off the field to talk with him no more.

Also maybe Davante Adams, while his stat average seem to be on pace to be the same as last year, this year he's been able to keep his pace up even without Rodgers throwing to him and while he's getting more attention from defenses (#1 CB following him)... and becoming Hundley's favorite target.

It's hard for me to say any rookie is the most improved, as they weren't hear last year... though Jamaal Williams has looked a lot better than earlier this year... while his average is still bad, I'd be interested in his yards after contact stat as he seems to get touched early but keeps going and picks up extra yardage.

Same with new FAs, as they weren't hear last year, but OG Jahri Evans has seemed to be a very good signing, while he's no TJ Lang, he's not that far behind and a lot cheaper.

I enjoyed reading your post beast. Positive post help to ease the discomfort of a disappointing season. Too many roll in the mud and play the blame game at their bo-ho party.

Perhaps going through this season will make for a special season next year.

[cheers]

Some of us would like the focus to be on getting better not avoiding the subject.

Yin and yang...should be a thread on the regressing Packers, too. Nobody should be about trying to be positive or negative. That's forced. I post about things I find interesting whether positive or negative.

We don't have any young superstars. We have some solid players. We either need a bunch more really good players or some stars. What we have isn't enough even if it is light and fluffy and more fun than the reality with this team.

Ted Thompson sits on his hands per former GM: "because they’ve had 25 fricking years of great quarterbacks. Of course it works. Try it without a special quarterback."

You claim you would like to focus on "getting better"... but this freaking thread was about who's stepped up, who's improved and in other words, who's "getting better".... so if you were telling the truth, then this is the perfect thread for you, because you can focus whose getting better...

And let's see your response...

Well, it's not Clay or Nick and those two are paid over 20 million together and we still don't have a pass rush! :)

Hundley played ONE semi good game. Hit two wide open WR's and a screen accounting for all 3 TD's. Did make big play on final drive.

Aaron Jones is the guy. Kenny Clark. Blake Martinez, although, he's more by default, as there's little at ILB.

Tough watching Pittsburgh... Ben, AB, Bell, Bryant no JuJu last night Shazier...they have some mega star players. We have one.

With the exception of "Aaron Jones is the guy. Kenny Clark.",
YOU SAID NOTHING ABOUT "GETTING BETTERS"

And this was the perfect time for you to talk about players setting good examples of getting better, and instead you spend most of your time taking a verbal shit on most of the Packers players you talked about.

It was a good question, and that's why I like doing those pre-season and in-season award guesses (make up a bunch of awards like MVP, MIP (improved), etc, for offense, defense and linemen (both sides), but if I remember right, the board wasn't interested in those this preseason.

Through multiple postings, a clearer picture develops as to which players will be leading the future Packers and where attention may be needed before next season.

So far no one is praising any TE's.

Mucky Tundra (3-Jun) : @ByRyanWood How much did the injury affect him last fall? “A lot.”
Mucky Tundra (3-Jun) : @ByRyanWood Kenny Clark said he had foot surgery in January. Injured his foot in opener against Eagles and played through it all year.
Zero2Cool (3-Jun) : Golden is wearing guardian cap again. I bet he plays with it on too.
Mucky Tundra (3-Jun) : All the stuff I'm reading from Lions fans are pointing at his toe; he more or less has permanent turf toe in one of his big toes
dfosterf (3-Jun) : Kenny played through it, and a shame he gets little credit for that, imo
dfosterf (3-Jun) : Big men. I hope it's not the undoing of Kenny Clark

Zero2Cool (29-May) : Whoa
beast (29-May) : OMG the website is now all white, even some white on white text
beast (29-May) : Henderson, who admits to taking cocaine during the Super Bowl against the Steelers, might dislike Bradshaw as he lost two Superbowls to him
wpr (28-May) : Hollywood Henderson said Bradshaw “is so dumb, he couldn't spell 'cat' if you spotted him the C and an A.”
Mucky Tundra (28-May) : Cooper stock=BUY BUY BUY
Mucky Tundra (28-May) : Also notes he’s playing with more confidence.
Mucky Tundra (28-May) : @AndyHermanNFL MLF says there was a time last year where Cooper was at 220 pounds. Now he’s at 240 and still flying around.
Mucky Tundra (28-May) : And don't even get me started on Frank Caliendos "impersonations"
Mucky Tundra (28-May) : I got tired of them being circle jerks with them overlaughing at each others jokes.
Zero2Cool (28-May) : It used to be must watch TV for me. now it's "meh" maybe to hear injury update
Mucky Tundra (28-May) : I haven't watched the pregame shows in years and I don't feel like I've missed a thing
Zero2Cool (28-May) : Love says knee affected him all season, groin injury didn't help matters.
Zero2Cool (28-May) : I used to enjoy him on FOX Pregame. Now it's like a frat party of former Patriots.
Zero2Cool (28-May) : LaFleur on Watson: “Christian is doing outstanding. I would say he’s ahead of schedule.”
Martha Careful (28-May) : Bradshaw is a dumb ass cracker. I am so tired of his "aw shucks" diatribe. He should shrivel up and go away.
buckeyepackfan (28-May) : He wad all butt hurt because Aaron duped the media saying he was immunized.
buckeyepackfan (28-May) : Bradshaw needs to retire. He's been ripping on Rodgers ever since the covid crap. He was all hury
Zero2Cool (28-May) : Terry Bradshaw doesn't want Rodgers in Pittsburgh lol wow
Zero2Cool (27-May) : one day contract, which he also feels is pointless, but if Packers came to him, he would
packerfanoutwest (27-May) : Aaron Rodgers talks possibility of retiring with Packers, just another rumor
