Yes one can spin a subject to fit any purpose . However it only reflects badly back at the spinner sometimes. Most of us understood that the poll ask the voter about in what general direction that the GB Packers , in their opinion , needs to change or that SB trophies have not been earned due to poor luck (like injuries, weather , bad referee calls ,or etc. )
