Everyone can just relax about this team. This is where we ALWAYS end up this time of year. I've said it before. Go back to the SB year. Each year this happens to us. This team almost ALWAYS finds a way to barely squeak by, with the minimum level of success. That's Mike's signature.

This team never puts anyone away, but they're also NEVER out of it.

I predicted Hundley would improve, and now I am predicting the defense will pull it together. Just like last year, and just like EVERY year.

Mike McCarthy will do the absolute MINIMUM required to squeak into the playoffs. He always does.

Okay...we'll relax because "this is how it always goes". Yup...there is NOTHING different at all about this season. Can't think of a single thing that's different.

Do some analysis on what the loss to Detroit did to our playoff chances. I assure you it wasn't positive. The Lions game was monumental to any potential playoff appearance.

The defense doesn't pull it together ANY year.

You must feel like I used to...you're a lone wolf crying in the wilderness. Now, if by some miracle you end up being right, you are to say nothing to anyone because you wouldn't want others feeling bad that you were right and they were wrong. Ha ha.

Ted Thompson sits on his hands per former GM: "because they’ve had 25 fricking years of great quarterbacks. Of course it works. Try it without a special quarterback."

Theres NO way this team makes the playoffs this year.
They can't score, and can't stop the other team.
They will be 4-5 after next Sunday.

Mike's manhood, leadership and personality once again, come up small.

Another winnable game, pissed away.

Three turnovers. No points. Unfortunately, Hundley locking up under pressure doesn't really show up in his statline because those drives were all so short. As far as I'm concerned, his passer rating for the night did not accurately reflect his performance. He was able to make some decent plays when he felt comfortable, but the moment the Steelers dialed in on him, he froze.

What's your point? I said I don't think his stat line accurately reflects his impact on the field. Yes, he made some great plays. He also froze when they put pressure on him and wasn't able to get anything out of the turnovers.
