Who were those guys playing defense for the Packers???
Man! They were on FIRE!
How long has it been since we could say the defense kept us in a game?
And "Eddie WHO???"
Lacy did NOTHING against our D.
I am SO impressed with the play of our guys.
The one thing that bugged me was Cobb's taunting penalty on the first drive. That was a STUPID mistake. A veteran player shouldn't make that kind of mistake. And Bennett shoving that guy on the last drive COULD have cost us big.
Fortunately it didn't.

And someone had an interesting stat in the pre-game with Seahawks/Packers games, since 2000, the home team has won 12 of the last 13 games. The only road victory was in 2008, Packers won in Seattle with (I believe) 3rd string QB Charlie Frye was held to 83 passing yards with 2 TDs and 2 INTs.

We didn't have to worry about the D or Bostick jumping out of stands to eff up GB's chance to recover an onside.

This also demonstrates the relationship between the proficiency of the offense and the D's stats. The D today gave up 225, which if averaged for season easily makes GB the #1 D by far. But, iIf GB has a couple of 3 and outs in those last few drives, the D gives of another 100-150 yards and stat wise is in the middle of the pack.

I'm fine with Bennett making that shove. It's a statement that you don't fuck with our QB when he clearly gave himself up. Yeah they lost yards, but they also got the first down right before so that makes it easier to stomach.
