This argument in itself is absurd. What level of crime justifies killing the accused?

Any group/or person that targets another group with the purpose of strutting their superiority over others is just pure wrong . Belittling , criticizing , putting down , making (mean) fun of , casting a negative net over an entire population , or enticing violence is hurtful as well as not fostering good will moving forward . Such rhetoric as a rule only serves to continue to stir up a pot that should have been removed from the fire decades ago , but still remains because isolated occurrences / events are seized upon by the media for ratings or grabbed up by some publicly prominent extremest to perpetuate their national presence . Then their opposition fuels the fire more with their extreme positions .

Who benefits from all of this in the final analysis ? Certainly not the peaceful community (like Charlottesville, Va.) that ends up caught in the middle of two opposing groups of protesters . The honored memories of a proud states long past military heroes suffer as their service long ago is twisted to accommodate the agenda/s of those that have no clear understanding of history. So who is benefiting , it's the Media networks that can now point to higher ratings as they sign even more lucrative deals to sell advertising space to Insurance Co's and Burger King . It's the extremist leaders that benefit as they move on to their next carnival of opportunity.

If we were talking about a single, isolated issue you would have a point, but we're not.

Oh boo-fucking-hoo, clearly it is you who have been the victim of racism your whole life, not minorities. That's some pro-level deflection right there.

Seriously though - let's break this idea down.

A. If every minority you've ever met has responded to your comments through the lens of race, maybe there is something deeper there? Maybe you don't understand what racism actually is because you've never experienced it yourself. Maybe things that aren't offensive to you are to others.

B. If everything comes back to race, perhaps that is because racism is a day-to-day aspect of their lives? Perhaps it is a constant struggle that they have to do with, rather than a "theory" you are free to ponder in your leisure time.

In any case, a bit of empathy and introspection is generally productive.

also if police are racist, why isn't the Hispanic population getting killed at a higher rate also? I guess the systemic racism is just against blacks.
The world needs ditch diggers too Danny!!!

As was stated, what were those that were killed by cops doing when they were killed? I think that is important to consider before calling cops "racists" and calling them murderes.
If the cop told them to pull their car over, and they take off on a high speed chase, then cause an accident, run on foot and threaten the cops, what should the police do? They have a split second to react. Make the wrong reaction, and THEY might end up in a casket.
Easy to judge them when it's not YOUR life on the line.
So one out of 500 that are shot by a cop might be questionable. Then prosecute that case. Don't throw out some BS statement that cops are just blowing away completely innocent people.
And as I said, if saving black people really is what matters, why ignore the REAL horror of blacks killing other blacks? If "black lives matter" , which is supposed to be the whole point, why not start where the vast majority of REAL murders are happening???
To ignore that fact, just shows that all they are trying to do is to try to make good police look like bad guys.
They should change it from "black lives matter" to "we want to blame the police for doing their jobs, and giving "reasons" for black people to hate cops and disrespect the police".
That would be more honest.
Do what the police tell you to do, and you won't end up dead.
Teach THAT to your kids and you won't have to worry about them ending up dead.
