The Giants beat Dallas. We beat the Giants.

Speaking of which, Rodgers is getting used to this talented pass blocking OL... the Packers need to keep it well stocked and draft more OL..

Cheesey, We didnt just blow out the Giants, we blew them out after spotting them a 1.5 quarter head start!

They'll be less pressure on Rodgers in Dallas. He'll play 60 minutes in that one! And I just kept thinking if only we had Shields. We don't need Shields, the way Gunter, Hyde and Randall played we are just fine. And next week Thomas should be back to 100%. If Rollins comes back, we are set.

Plus Mike already got a week's work in on Dallas, interestingly we played them right after playing NYG in October.

Oh and Nerd, Giants beat Dallas twice; we beat Giants twice.

As for "in Dallas" part of "can GB defeat Dallas in Dallas"... playing in a dome might help the Packers in this one. So being on the field, where the Packers won their last Super Bowl Championship, could be a good thing.

The biggest questions are
1) How often can the Packers defense stop the Cowboys offense?
2) How many mistakes to the Packers kill themselves with?

This is the type of game, where if the Packers make a few mistakes, they could very well lose... as it's very tough to stop the best OL in all of football, especially when they have a great weapons and a smart mobile QB to go with it. When they make a mistake, are you going to catch the ball and make them pay? If not, then the Packers could easy lose... unless some how they can stop the Cowboys running game.

Most likely getting Pennel back... it'll be interesting how the Packers set up... I'm guessing stack the box and trust the DBs to play man on man. Daniels, Guion, Clark and Pennel... we need you run stuffers.

As for mistakes, Dom is gonna trick Dak Prescott into throwing it up for us. And BTW, Zeke Elliot has has fumbling issues. 😉

I'm not so sure our offensive line isn't just as good as theirs. The x-factor is Zeke's ability to break tackles. We have to be as disciplined as possible with our angles on defense and when we hit him, we HAVE to bring him down.

Next, mistakes can occur to hurt either team. The trick is to entice Lady Luck to smile upon you and frown on your opponent. Taking the advantage to the scoreboard should not, IMO, be too difficult for Mr. Rodgers and his associates.

The challenge will rest most glaringly with the GB Defense. The CB's and Safety's will have to play above and beyond the call of duty. The D-Line will need to deliver a HOF performance against Dallas's great O-Line. The GB Linebackers play will prove to be the key to this game. They must on one play blitz through to harass/sack Prescott or catch Elliot in their backfield. Then on the next play fool everyone as they drop into coverage to aid the secondary of the Packers. Yes, IMO, the small group of GB's Linebackers will be the key deciding factor in this Divisional playoff game.

How do you feel about the Defense's chances next week after this impressive performance? They single-handedly kept the Packers in the game. Yeah drops didn't help the Giants but they happen and even if the Giants put up 13, game is still manageable with 5 minutes left in the first especially with the Packers getting the ball in the second..

Yes they can.
Fan Shout
Zero2Cool (8h) : sounds like Packers don't get good compensation, Jaire staying
dfosterf (12h) : Nobody coming up with a keep, but at x amount
dfosterf (12h) : Trade, cut or keep
dfosterf (13h) : that from Jaire
dfosterf (13h) : My guess is the Packers floated the concept of a reworked contract via his agent and agent got a f'
Zero2Cool (13h) : Yes, and that is why I think Rob worded it how he did. Rather than say "agent"
dfosterf (13h) : Same laws apply. Agent must present such an offer to Jaire. Cannot accept or reject without presenting it
Zero2Cool (13h) : I'm thinking that is why Rob worded it how he did.
dfosterf (13h) : The Packers can certainly still make the offer to the agent
dfosterf (13h) : Laws of agency and definition of fiduciary responsibility
dfosterf (13h) : Jaire is open to a reduced contract without Jaire's permission
dfosterf (13h) : The agent would arguably violate the law if he were to tell the Packers
Zero2Cool (13h) : That someone ... likely the agent.
Zero2Cool (13h) : So, Jaire has not been offered nor rejected a pay reduction, but someone says he'd decline.
Zero2Cool (13h) : Demovksy says t was direct communication with someone familiar with Jaire’s line of thinking at that moment.
Zero2Cool (14h) : Demovsky just replied to me a bit ago. Jaire hasn't said it.
dfosterf (15h) : Of course, that depends on the definition of "we"
dfosterf (15h) : We have been told that they haven't because he wouldn't accept it. I submit we don't know that
dfosterf (15h) : What is the downside in making a calculated reduced offer to Jaire?
Zero2Cool (15-Apr) : Packers are receiving interest in Jaire Alexander but a trade is not imminent
Zero2Cool (15-Apr) : Jalen Ramsey wants to be traded. He's never happy is he?
Zero2Cool (15-Apr) : two 1sts in 2022 and two 2nd's in 2023 and 2024
Zero2Cool (15-Apr) : Packers had fortunate last three drafts.
dfosterf (15-Apr) : I may have to move
dfosterf (15-Apr) : My wife just told the ancient Japanese sushi dude not enough rice under his fish
Zero2Cool (14-Apr) : I think a dozen is what I need
dfosterf (14-Apr) : Go fund me for this purpose just might work. A dozen nurses show up at 1265 to provide mental health assistance.
dfosterf (14-Apr) : Maybe send a crew of Angels to the Packers draft room on draft day.
Zero2Cool (14-Apr) : I am the Angel that gets visited.
dfosterf (14-Apr) : Visiting Angels has a pretty good reputation
Zero2Cool (14-Apr) : what
Martha Careful (14-Apr) : WINNING IT, not someone else losing it. The best victory though was re-uniting with his wife
Martha Careful (14-Apr) : The manner in which he won it was just amazing and wonderful. First blowing the lead then getting back, then blowing it. But ultimately
Zero2Cool (12-Apr) : I'm guessing since the thumb was broken, he wasn't feeling it.
dfosterf (10-Apr) : Looking for guidance. Not feeling the thumb.
Mucky Tundra (10-Apr) : If they knew about it or not
Mucky Tundra (10-Apr) : I don't recall that he did which is why I asked.
Zero2Cool (10-Apr) : Guessing they probably knew. Did he have cast or something on?
Mucky Tundra (10-Apr) : Did they know that at the time or was that something the realized afterwards?
Zero2Cool (9-Apr) : Van Ness played most of season with broken thumb
wpr (9-Apr) : yay
Zero2Cool (9-Apr) : Mark Murphy says Steelers likely to protect Packers game. Meaning, no Ireland
Zero2Cool (8-Apr) : Struggling to figure out what text editor options are needed and which are 'nice to have'
Mucky Tundra (8-Apr) : *CHOMP CHOMP CHOMP*
Zero2Cool (2-Apr) : WR who said he'd break Xavier Worthy 40 time...and ran slower than you
Mucky Tundra (2-Apr) : Who?
Zero2Cool (2-Apr) : Texas’ WR Isaiah Bond is scheduled to visit the Bills, Browns, Chiefs, Falcons, Packers and Titans starting next week.
Zero2Cool (2-Apr) : Spotting ball isn't changing, only measuring distance is, Which wasn't the issue.
Zero2Cool (2-Apr) : The spotting of the ball IS the issue. Not the chain gang.
Mucky Tundra (2-Apr) : Will there be a tracker on the ball or something?
