I KNOW we were playing an underwhelming team, but I'm REALLY happy with the win.
I was quite scared at the beginning when we went down the field and scored on our first possession and then Philly did the same. I was thinking "Oh no.....a shoot out, where if you don't score on every possession you will lose". I'm glad I was wrong.
A win in an away game is huge, even against the Eagles. Maybe it will start a fire and get our guys going.
The next game will show which is true.

So what you are saying is that the Eagles got more votes to win the game but the Packers got more points?

Not sure why some have to make excuses when The Packers win a game.
Look around the league, everyone has injuries.
Eagles were undefeated at home until The Packers came to town
There are no STYLE points in The NFL!
Before Monday The Packers chances of making the playoffs was around 10%.
The win put them at about a 25% chance.
On to Sunday, another win and The pressure on Detroit will start mounting.

The only team that has been eliminated from the playoffs so far are The Browns.
The list will start growing after this week.
The Packers will not be on that list.

Mark Chmura said the Packers beat a bad team who were playing bad and playing with many injured players. Yet, over 75% of every Pick'em had Eagles beating Packers. And as if the Packers (and every NFL team) don't have injuries.

This mindset of exaggerating losses to be worse than they are and minimizing wins just baffles me. I understand the not wanting to get your hopes up mentality, (believe me, I get that, lol), but shit, enjoy the wins!

Then we have some who want to blame Aaron Rodgers for the dog that ran away, the car that wouldn't start, the numerous red lights on their way to work ... it is just ridiculous. Yes, Aaron has been missing the open guy shallow, but holy shitfuckface he is NOT why the Packers are struggling!

Stuff like this is why I don't go to bars during Packers games. I wouldn't be able to keep my mouth shut when ignorant fucktards spew their garbage and would end up get a knife in the liver!

I only saw the 1st half but I sure felt good when I woke up Tuesday morning and found that the Pack won.

This sound-bite world is training minds to lose the ability to grasp complexity. Football is complexity. Case in point, bad QB play can lead to 3 and outs that can lead to a degrading of defensive performance. I’m not talking about the 3 and outs giving the opposing O more snaps, which means more stats. I’m talking about an actual downgrade in performance, not stats. Three straight 3 and outs orchestrated by Rodgers can lead to our secondary miscommunicating on a 75 yard strike. Now, you cant learn this stuff in sound bites or Madden football…so, for god sake put the controller down and read a damn book every once in a while.

In some state courts, judges don’t have to explain the reasons for their rulings; but when a judge is about to engage in the extraordinary remedy of becoming the 13th juror so as to usurp a jury verdict; he must explain in great detail. One of the rationales behind this requirement is that a judge must on paper establish facts and apply the law to those facts, this squeezes most if not all of the emotion, leading the judge often to let the verdict be.

If some would actually support their opinions in writing instead of regurgitating sound-bites from the idiotic media; stupid things would not be said in defense of Rodgers like Mike’s Offense has been figured out or the WRs are not getting separation. If you took all the football acumen creativity of all the talking heads; it would not match the creativity in Mike’s pinky toe.

Now imagine if someone actually empirically tried to explain Mike’s lack of creativity instead of just delivering it in a mindless sound-bite.
