I can't believe I used to be a Josh Sitton fan. I never would have thought in a million years that he would go to a hated division rival just to stick it to ted Thompson. Rumor has it 10 teams were interested and he had to choose the Bears. If that isn't spite I don"t know what is. I just hope he realizes that he has ruined his legacy in Wisconsin forever. We would have voted him Pope before but now he wouldn't be able to get elected dog catcher.

Ted Thompson sits on his hands per former GM: "because they’ve had 25 fricking years of great quarterbacks. Of course it works. Try it without a special quarterback."

I'll be honest... for $7 million per year... I'll play for any American team, in any sport that little kids are legally allowed to watch and isn't likely to seriously injury me (ie the sport of walking over the grand cannon on a thin wire with no harness would most likely seriously injury kill me, so that's out)

I think I'd prefer it to be some bad basketball team that would stupidly keep me around many many years.

Good. I like this. Media trying to sell this like it's a tragedy. I'm over here thinking it's pretty cool and makes the matchups more interesting over the next few years.

Its too bad not all players are afforded the same leeway with regards to their careers. That is not a joke.

The whole Favre saga didn't even cross my mind. Mainly because the situation was so different. Sitton isn't close to Favre in terms of stature, impact, what he's meant to the franchise etc. Favre was the Packers for a long time, then forced those same Packers into a horrible situation, giving GB no choice but to trade him and then weaseled his way onto the roster of our biggest rivals.

Sitton is just a very good guard, now playing for the Bears.

The Packers did Sitton a favor cutting him now, that's a lot of money.

Where is all the anger and hatred for Sitton, he stated he wanted to play against someone that plays the Packers and the Bears play us twice. But not as much as a peep except for one person. But yet this place went wild when Favre wanted to stick it to the Packers. Anyone else seeing a trend going on here? Didn't Jennings want to stick it to the Packers also?

Oh well lets believe all the hype of us making it to the Super Bowl, Which I really don't see how. We didn't even win our division but yet we are the greatest lol
Just Imagine this for the next 6-9 years. What a ride it will be 🙂 (PS, Zero should charge for this)

You act like before his antics Packers fans had it out for Brett but that's complete idiocy. Packer fans absolutely LOVED Favre and he had to EARN that hatred. If Brett acted like a man on his way out like Sitton has done instead of a petulant manchild then the reaction would have been a heck of a lot closer to what were seeing now.

TLDR: Sitton = example of a man dealing with his business (keeping damn mouth shut and moving on)
Brett = example of whiny manchild dealing with his business
