Hopefully, he's definitely got promise so we'll see if he makes the jump in year two. Would be awesome to have someone fresh to solidify the position for another 10 years. It's not like solid fullbacks, or fullbacks with NFL talent in general grow on trees anymore.

My biggest question is: What will the fans yell out every time he gets the ball? "Skiiiiiiiii"?

I guess since I'm from Ishpeming Michigan which is considered the birthplace of skiing in the United States, and is where the National Ski Hall of Fame is located, I have to go with Skiiiiiiii!

Well, with what we've disguised as starters at ILB and TE over the last couple years, why should fullback be any different?

If we keep playing Kuhn, we just stall the development of Ripkowski. From what I've seen from him on special teams, the kid belongs on the football field.

Kuhn is a solid NFL football player in the twilight of his career. So I guess the ultimate question remains: is there room on the roster for two fullbacks? If so, there's no harm resigning Kuhn.

We kept Jarrett Bush on STs skill alone. We've gone with 4 TEs before, because of what they brought to the table on STs. We've even kept Quinn Johnson on the roster for two years. I'm sure there's room for a promising FB to back-up one of our best roleplayers.
