Tough one.... hmmmm
I really like The Red Rifle in Cincy but not quite ready to give him the keys to my team. I'd probably go with Andrew Luck despite his sub-par and injury plagued season, I feel the guy is just destined for greatness. Derek Carr is another option i'd consider. My wildcard would be Jameis Winston in Tampa, I really like what I saw in him this season and in college (minus the off field stuff).

It's odd that Luck had a really bad year for him much like Aaron did with injury to boot like Rodgers has in the past. Due to that last season and his total body of work being so short, I just wasn't sold on him especially the fact he's a dome guy and from west coast. Not sure he'd do all that well in Lambeau. He did look so good his first few years. He torched us in the 2nd half in that game at Indy that we should've won going away. He looked ready to enter the elite category.
Carr is someone I had in fantasy off and on. I don't know about him...he chucks up a lot of dumb interceptions. That is one of the reasons I was so excited for Rodgers over Favre is I was so freaking tired of seeing stupid inopportune INT's...Carr is hot and cold much like Brett was. I'm really curious to see where he goes. He has Cooper and Crabtree...two 1st rounders at WR. Maybe, he restores that Raiders glory of the past.
I feel dumb for forgetting old Free Crablegs Winston. He was very good as a rookie. Man, that 2nd year for good looking rookies is always a telltale. He might be the best young one of the bunch. I'd put him in my group with Bortles and Wilson for guys I'd like to have in Green Bay long term.
Can't go with you on a ginger! 🤣 I don't know what it is, and maybe it's not fair because I'm not one to judge a book by it's cover but Andy Dalton reminds me of Spock with red hair. He did have a very hot start last year. Shame he got hurt before the playoffs. Cincy had a chance. One of the reasons I don't like him is he's passionless at least outwardly. I like guys who are fiery in football. Watching him would make me feel we had our GM under center. That would kill me! 😁
If I could go with anyone, I'm not sure I wouldn't go with Hundley. I haven't been that excited by a backup QB in the preseason since I can remember.
Ted Thompson sits on his hands per former GM: "because they’ve had 25 fricking years of great quarterbacks. Of course it works. Try it without a special quarterback."
