You want to finish your career here?

James was pretty upset when Jordy got drafted, if I recall, someone mentioned that James did something like shaking his head saying "Why would they do that?"

Hopefully he'll get into it this week against Minnesota and gets a few thrown his way.

I'm not quite sure if he's fallen behind Nelson and Ruvell Martin, but I'll be very surprised if they take Martin over Jones as the 4th receiver for the 2nd week in a row.

I was under the impression the Jones was having a great preseason and pushing Driver for minutes. I guess a lot can change once the season starts.

...cause he's busy being a bust...(and running his mouth about BF instead of worrying about his own performance.)

Ruvell should be starting over that bum.

WTF are you talking about? Why does every post of yours have to be about Favre?

James Jones was awesome last year as a rookie. He'll be back soon. The other WRs are just playing really well together.

C'mon Roddy, even you have to admit that Ted Thompson is quite a good drafter if it comes down to WRs so far. And it's not easy to get Packers fans to say that after magician GM Ron Wolf. Greg Jennings, James Jones, Ruvell Martin wasn't even drafted and played over here first. Jordy Nelson seems pretty good aswell.

As to why he wasn't playing, I asume they where just resting him. You don't want to make it any worse, although he would've came in handy. That might've been the little push we needed in the red-zone. No other team has the personnel to cover all of our excellent receivers.

Because we drafted him for his hands, and he drops the ball all the time.

Right on. Either that or fumble. I would rather have Martin in there.

According to this article, James Jones WAS a healthy scratch on Sunday, so I was wrong in my post earlier in this thread:

http://www.greenbaypressgazette.com/article/20081105/PKR01/81105193/1058

This makes no sense at all to me. He was very good as a rookie last year, and good in the preseason. I still think he is much better than Jordy Nelson or Ruvell Martin. He sounds frustrated, and now I'm beginning to wonder if there are some attitude problems. I would like to see him in the lineup at Minnesota.

I think Nelson is better than Martin. And I think Martin is better than Jones. Therefore lol I think Martin and Nelson are both a heck of a lot better than Jones. Especially Nelson.
