This is only an issue in my mind if a severely banged up Clay Matthews is more effective than his replacement. Reminds me of a handful of times Brett went out there and was completely ineffective but just had to keep playing.

There was a reason Clay was moved to ILB...we had NOBODY there. Does anyone have the tape? Go back and look at the plays prior to him recusing himself and see if he looks limited. Feeling limited and being limited are not the same.

I would never question Clay's toughness. I have often wondered over the years if he has a tendency to overtrain. A lot of athletes do. Didn't we have to lock Hawk out of the gym one time?

Hahaha! I just mean train too hard and too long, beyond what their body/joints can handle efficiently.

I would recommend everyone read the entire article before judging Clay.

Old Uffda just played the oldest trick in the book.

Taking a quote and using it out if context is just "bush league"!

Can see now why you had you're credentials pulled in Seattle.

Of course this does prove what most have been thinking,
Anything you post is pure bullshit!

I was addicted to The Hokey Pokey, but I turned myself around!

Also, get ahold of Clay and ask him not to say things like that. Tell us how it's out of context or are you going to one trick pony it and just hammer on me and take your ball and run away again?

I still think he is way over paid for his production. This makes me wonder if he pulled himself out of other games in the previous years. It's not he stays on the field for a full 16 games anyways lol.

Find a trade partner for next year because he is not worth the $13 million or the $15 million the year after.

Just Imagine this for the next 6-9 years. What a ride it will be 🙂 (PS, Zero should charge for this)
