If he did come to GB, a number of things would have to happen.
1: Ted would have to take a look at him, for due diligence purposes. Who knows, maybe they already have film on him.
2: Team security would have to give the thumbs up on a back ground check.
3: Someone the team trusts would have to vouch for his character.
4: He would have to be willing to take a Ted Thompson type deal, like Julius Peppers.
5: After all that, he would still have to make the team.
