Prediction

If there is one constant with roster cutdowns, it is that they are often full of surprises. Below is my shot at a final roster (which is sure to look silly in just a few weeks).

QB: Rodgers, Tolzien, Hundley
RB: Lacy, Starks, Neal
FB: Kuhn, Ripkowski
WR: Nelson, Cobb, Adams, Montgomery, Janis, Abbrederis
TE: Rodgers, Quarless, Backman
OL: Bakhtiari, Bulaga, Sitton, Lang, Linsley, Barclay, Tretter, Rotheram

DL: Raji, Guion, Pennel, Boyd, Daniels, Jones, Ringo
ILB: Matthews, Barrington, Ryan, Bradford
OLB: Peppers, Perry, Neal, Elliot, Hubbard
CB: Shields, Hayward, Randall, Rollins, Hyde
S: Clinton-Dix, Burnett, Richardson, Banjo

ST: Crosby, Mathsay, Goode

I think this is a pretty solid list. Though I'm doubting Ringo as I just didn't see it in college film. I see the good motor and the pass rush but he got pushed around a lot in the running game. And I think it'll be CB Gunter over S Banjo with Hyde being at S still.

Also with Abbrederis injuries he looks less likely. And I'm still not sold on Hundley as I still haven't yet read of any report of looking decent or flashing much potential yet... I'm thinking he could be in a battle for one of the last 3 spots... with the possibility of him getting cut and signed to the practice squad if he doesn't show potential.

Interesting lists. I think Nate Palmer has a strong chance to make the team. To me Bradford is Brad Jones 2.0. Great pick for where he was taken, has some versatility, but I think Palmer and some of these other guys have higher ceilings.

If he can take that pure potential and put it on the field at an NFL level he could become a starter (not saying he will as he was very very raw) but he could become a very good role player.

Janis will be pushed by some of these UDFAs like Pinkard and Coxson. These guys are real route runners with footballs skills, not just glorified track guys.

There's alot of Starks hate around here, but dude has done nothing but get it done. Now with Lacy in front of him, he's been able to stay healthy too. I just don't see another RB sticking.

Teams know you NEED so much depth at RB and they need at least 3 guys that can do it. Kuhn is old, Rip never played RB and WRs can be a nice trick but they're not an up the middle threat which you need as a true RB. 3rd RB makes it IMO unless injuries happen... but they could trade or grab one from else where (Grant / Nance) but there will be a 3rd one... my guess is Rajion Neal as I think his potential is a lot better than you think (IF he can stay healthy).
