Nick Perry may not make the team; Datone Jones is about down to his last chance and may be gone after this season; Sean Richardson better perform well on special teams because he's definitely nothing special as a Safety; Hayward I have hope for, but he's an injury waiting to happen; Barclay is a good backup O Lineman, no more/no less.; Daniels was already pretty far up, but yeah, he may step up more; Ditto that for Barrington.
My Five:
Jayrone Elliot - If he is given a chance, he will be excellent.
Jeff Janis - I foresee a shitstorm from the detractors in here hahahahaha - he, too, if given a chance, will be great, definitely one of the top three receivers
HaHa Clinton-Dix - Like Daniels, he's pretty much already up, but I think he can play at a higher level yet.
J.C. Tretter - should prove to be a solid backup in preseason and heir apparent to Bulaga - hopefully not needed during the season.
Scott Tolzien - hopefully is a clipboard holding superstar all season, but I bet he really shows up in the preseason and heaven forbid, if necessary during the season.
Rookies don't count, right? I foresee both Randall and Rollins as star-quality and one or the other to beat out Hayward as a quality starter. Abbrederis is basically still a rookie too, but I expect him to get some catches and maybe show up as a punt returner. Montgomery and Hundley I expect to see performing and doing well out of their college positions - Montgomery as a 3rd down RB and Hundley as an occasional TE or WR - but still showing potential at QB in the preseason. Nobody has said a word about Christian Ringo. I'm not predicting anything, but we could use another decent 3-4 DE - maybe he will step up - or maybe they switch him to Center because of his name (just kidding). Thornton and Goodson look like throwaways, but I'm not ruling them out either.
