My throat has been on fire for the last 4 days. Also my sinus' have not stopped flowing. I'll try to sleep tonite , and hope to feel better tomorrow.

I know it does not compare to the ills of others, but all are free to vent their pain/misery's here.

Drink some honey, that usually helps with a sore throat. I do that and also some lemon juice too. Get some rest bud, hope you feel gooder!

Snort some cayenne pepper and you'll feel better in 10 seconds. Put it in some distilled water and snort it like nasal spray. Guaranteed relief instantly. It'll burn some, sure, but I've done it and it works magnificently.

I've finally got a system to keep me on base while suffering through allergy season. I've technically been in and out of a sinus infection for almost 3 weeks now. I hate April very much.
