Isn't this what draft and develope is all about?

With free agency and the salary cap ,

A teams roster is always changing.

The teams that stay relevant year after year are the ones who lock up their star players and develope their YOUNG players into starters while they are playing on their rookie contracts.

Pennel, Thorton, Barrington, and Heyward are expected to move up this year.

Heyward and Barrington will be expected to start.

I will have no problem if Pennel and Thorton work their way into The starting lineup by the end of the year.

Let's not forget about D. Jones, Perry, Mulumba and the rest of the players who are still on their rookie contracts, hopefully they stay healthy and continue to improve.
