In the video link you posted, you can see the first contact is made to the chin spinning Wilson's head as clay also gets him in the chest. Without a doubt he it Wilson in the head.

I don't see any point in the entire video where you can with a reasonable degree of certainty say that any part of matthews contacted anything but the very, very, very bottom of Wilson's chin. Much less "without a doubt hit in the head". Regardless, fine him for a hit to the head and I'll grumble and move on. Call it a blindside block and suddenly it's a subject that hasn't been beaten to death 🙂
