The Chiefs signed 14 players to reserve-futures contracts on Tuesday, including 10 who finished the season on their practice squad.
The four new additions are offensive tackles Curtis Feigt and Derek Sherrod, long snapper Jorgen Hus and running back Spencer Ware.
Sherrod, 25, is arguably the most interesting of the group. The Packers thought enough of Sherrod, a 6-foot-5, 321-pound Mississippi State product, to select him with the 32nd overall pick in the 2011 NFL Draft.
He played in five games as a rookie before he suffered a broken leg against the Chiefs when outside linebacker Tamba Hali rolled into him.
