Looks like that cowardly POS Dominic Raiola is at it again.
Stomping on the Bears Ego Ferguson's ankle while he's down.

With his history, Raiola should be suspended. Low life asshole.

I am chosen by many but taken by no one.

Looked pretty calculated to me. Too bad he can challenge the ruling and still play next week.

New coach, same old low life Lions.
Not surprised.
You can bet they will try that crap next week.

Yeah I know a Lion fan who is disgusted with him. A boy named Sue, Ravioli, who ever, it is all the same.

Raiola is facing discipline in the wake of his stomp on the leg of Bears defensive lineman Ego Ferguson. That discipline could include a suspension.

Some believe the stakes of the game will be a factor in any decision to suspend Raiola. Per a league source, that won’t matter.

Look for a decision to come by the middle of the week. Raiola then will have immediate appeal rights, if he’s indeed suspended for Sunday’s game.

IMO the league should decide by Wednesday (actually Tuesday but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and the extra day) Notify Raiola and tell him he has 24 hours to appeal (why would he need more time than that, he should have his appeal ready to go already since he knows the suspension is a possibility) and by Friday they should be able to rule on the appeal.

Its not like this is a case where there are outside factors to consider. Its one play and its clearly on tape. If they have enough evidence to rule against him I don't see where he would have any grounds for appeal. They watch the film and decide "he did it on purpose he is suspended" he comes along and says "I didn't do it on purpose I slipped" what are they going to say 'Oh, he says he didn't do it on purpose, that changes everything we have seen no suspension"

I posted a few weeks ago that I hated our last game was against the Lions because they are a bunch of cheapshot-artists. Suspension should be a guarantee.

Well, according to the NFL.. the appeal if filed will be held this week.. no choice needed if he appeals.

beast (21-Jan) : Also in college football, is a bye week a good or bad thing?
Martha Careful (21-Jan) : The tournament format was fine. Seeding could use some work.
