Even losing the last 3 games it would be very difficult for the Packers to miss the playoffs at 10-6 because of tiebreakers.

Having said that the last game vs the Lions can be the difference between a bye or a wildcard game and the Buffalo game can be the difference between the #1 and #2 seed.

So the game is important yes, but a loss would not be a huge problem.

No. I think a loss is very rarely a good thing. Any team that needs a loss to wake them up or motivate them or bring them down to earth or whatever it is the loss is supposed to do is probably not that strong of a team in the first place.

Besides that if that second half against the Falcons didn't wake them up or motivate them or bring them down to earth or whatever then a loss to the Bills certainly won't.
