GREEN BAY, Wis. -- To all the conspiracy theorists out there, there was no concerted effort by the Green Bay Packers to avoid the Lambeau Leap in Sunday's victory over the New England Patriots.

It was apparently just a coincidence that the two Packers who caught touchdown passes — Jordy Nelson and Richard Rodgers — passed on the traditional post-scoring celebration at Lambeau Field on the same day the Lambeau Leap was featured on ESPN's "Sunday NFL Countdown" show.

You gotta love it when one of the major worries of the week is why didn't someone jump into the stands.

Perhaps Jordy and Richard are adverse to getting ketchup on their uniforms.😆

After watching Peppers nearly break his hip after his INT return vs Philly it might be a good time to make sure that everyone knows how to execute one properly[grin1]

We laugh at guys like Lamar Houston and Stephen Tulloch when they injure themselves during a celebration ( I know I did) but what would happen if Jordy slipped and tore and ACL while attempting it? Would McCarthy put a stop to it? Probably.

Just want to clarify, I didn't laugh because they got injured I laughed at the way they got injured.

There was a Packer who was did the reverse jump and let the fans pull him up the wall and into the stands. Someone didn't do it quite right. Another good reason to wear a cup.
