McCarthy is full of it. Rodgers is good enough of a QB that he could have hit even Boykin on some of the windows that were there on quick passes or back shoulder. There were some plays where Sherman was playing 7 or 8 yards off Boykin. I get what they were going for but it was just a bad game plan. You've got the best QB in the league and a strong stable of WRs so don't play scared just go out and do your thing. They tried to get too clever with the scheme instead of just going out there and playing ball.

To summarize:

1: He wasn't purposely avoiding Richardson.

2: He genuinely initially believes all these devastating injuries are "nothing serioius."

3: He doesn't coach scared.

4: He doesn't believe in abandoning the run.

5: They are not a finesse team.

6: He's gonna take more responsibility for the defensive side of the ball.

7: He's doing everything he can to prevent injuries.

3: What head coach would say they did?
4: He's admitted that he does it often.
5: No team is going to say they are a finesse team.
6: He has.
7: Every team is.

To summarize your summary ... you want an organization that bends over and takes it up the ass without any lube while smiling. Good news, there is a team that fits that and they are just West of Wisconsin. [grin1]

I really like how the Seahawk DBs challenge the WRs right from the LoS. It frustrates me to see our team give up soft yards.

I just hope we don't hear a lot of Joe Buck saying,"Romo over the middle to Bryant". Seems when it's 3rd and long, the secondary backs down and allows the receivers to be open in the middle.

The Packers have to get by Dallas today to even worry about Sherman!

When they do, who here thinks Mike and Co. Are going to use the same game plan as they did in week1?

I was addicted to The Hokey Pokey, but I turned myself around!

beast (21-Jan) : Also, with these "Super Conferences" instead of a single conference champion, have 4 teams make a Conference playoffs.
beast (21-Jan) : Also in college football, is a bye week a good or bad thing?
