GREEN BAY — The hardest part for Don Barclay isn't the rehab, it isn't being limited to only meetings during the workday, it isn't even the isolation that often comes with being on injured reserve.

For the Green Bay Packers' third-year tackle, it's having to watch the games — from his couch with wife Brea when the Packers are on the road, and from a box upstairs at Lambeau Field when the team is at home.

So on Sunday, when the Packers are at Miami, Barclay will be at home. He has been told he'll get to travel later this season, and when he's not so worried about someone crashing into him, he'll move to the sideline for home games, too.

"Once I feel comfortable to go out on the field, I'll go down there," Barclay said Wednesday, making an appearance in the Packers' locker room during a media access period for the first time since the injury on Aug. 5.

"It's going good," Barclay said. "It's tough. Obviously it's not easy. It's just something you've got to deal with it and make the most of it, just get better day by day."
