Welp ACL tear #2. And before certain people get all pointy fingery, we aren't the only team suffering ACL tears during camp.

My first thought when hearing the news. M.m. has been praising his versatility all camp, hell, longer than that. As I've said many times before, I feel C is by far the biggest area of concern on the team, so a backup plan that I felt could be better than Corey L. Is now out the window.

Linsley has been showing up so far and improving the way you want to see a young player improve during his first training camp. Barclay's ability to play pretty much every position on the line made his the "sixth starter". Now that he is going to be gone for an extended period time, and as someone mentioned earlier, Sherrod's development and versatility becomes even more important. A lot of pressure is on the coaching staff now; even more than before. My question is does Sherrod split time this saturday backing up both tackle spots?

Mike has already stated that Sherrod can back up both sides. He's been getting his reps on the L though, so I assume he'll also be getting some time on the R now too.
