Getting back to the topic once again-
is Lyerla the "most interesting rookie outside of Manziel"?
I don't think he is the most interesting rookie in GB's camp. I am much more interested in how HC-D performs. I am more interested in the rookie trio of WRs. If Lyeria fails big time there are other options. Maybe it will be Rodgers. Maybe it will be Quarless taking the next step up. Maybe it will be Finley coming back. There are a lot of TE Uncle Teddy only has to hit on one of them. I don't hold my breath hoping it is Lyeria.

Thankfully, our coaching and personnel staffs are super conscientious and committed to helping Lyerla work through his personal issues.
If it works, great. If it doesn't, we should still be fine at the position. Richard Rodgers is looking like a real ace in the hole. He seems to have been a really great pick at the end of R3, and Lyerla is quite possibly an outstanding UDFA signing. I'm hoping for the best for him.
If Lyerla makes good on his career in GB, this will be one hell of a success story.
