Doesn't get off blocks that well from what I see. Doesn't have a move he can execute particularly well. He will need to be a quicker learner this week! And Neal has GOT to play faster.

I think Neal would have been best served as a pass rushing defensive linemen, mostly on the inside at the DT position in passing situations. I also don't think I like the approach of forcing players into unnatural roles or position switches. I understand it can be necessary at times due to the numbers game and such, but I would rather the coaches have players focus on what players do the best, and maximize those abilities. Pulling a player away from what they instinctively do best and making them do other things usually isn't the best use of their talent. Stop trying to force square pegs in a round hole, as it were.
