Should the Green Bay Packers shut down CB Casey Hayward?

As a rookie, Green Bay Packers cornerback Casey Hayward was as good as it gets for a second round draft choice from a school not known for its big NFL talent, Vanderbilt. Hayward was the Packers most consistent cover corner from the slot a year ago leading all rookies with six interceptions, and 21 pass

Looks like way. He is playing very tentative. This seems like a chronic hamstring issue from the outside looking in.

If it doesn't clear up, IR him and activate Richardson from PUP.

I kind of like this idea. Nothing against Hayward, but a hammy can be difficult to recover from, especially when re injuring it twice in one season. Hyde and House seemed to be playing better anyway. Maybe it is best to shut him down and give another guy a shot, someone with healthy wheels.
