Donovan McNabb?

Of course, ANY of those would be better than Wallace.

Z2C, you seemed to say in chat that we signed Flynn. true or False?

It seems obvious now that Wallace ain't gonna get cut or even replaced by Sunday, so write off that game. However, there would seem to be plenty of time before the Giants game to have Tolzien or Flynn or even somebody else ready to go.

Hell, Rodgers going down 1st series is going to shake any team, with that level of talent and ability being lost. Seneca Wallace came in about as cold as can be, and we still had opportunities to win the game. I'm more than happy to wait a couple of weeks to see what he can do for the Packers, with some legitimate preparation.

Until then, I would not mind Flynn backing Wallace up if he is healthy enough to sign. Then if the staff deems it necessary to change course until Aaron is ready, they can with Flynn.

The game is not too big for Flynn. We know this because we have seen him respond quite well. As for Tolzien? wow. To say he is anything better than Wallace is just a figment of someone's imagination. Based on what?

As for Vince Young, Graham Harrell, and the Coleman kid, the staff clearly saw things they did not like. That is why they are no longer here. I hope they sign Flynn if healthy, and I have no problem supporting Wallace for a reasonable amount of time. See what he's got, with some real preparation.
