GREEN BAY, Wis. -- Earlier, I identified some Green Bay Packers' players who helped themselves in Saturday's 19-7 preseason victory over the St. Louis Rams.

Here's a look at some players who hurt their chances:

Graham Harrell and Vince Young: If the Packers were hoping one of the backup quarterbacks would separate himself from the other, it didn't happen. While Harrell (5-of-10, 44 yards, 0 touchdowns, 0 interceptions, 62.1 rating)...

James Starks:
Giorgio Tavecchio:
Brandon Smith:

pretty much agree with these. Trouble is Coleman isn't jumping up to #2.

I'm surprised Lane Taylor isn't on the list. Had a real dumb penalty diving at a guys legs and I seem to recall a play or two where he totally wiffed on his guy.

At least Harrell didn't look as bad as last week and if not for a couple of drops maybe have looked fairly good.

I think we can all agree that regardless of which #2 QB comes out on top, this team is truly screwed regardless.

IMO, Colt McCoy should have been jumped on back when he was up for trade bait. We wouldn't even have to worry about a #2 QB.

I believe he was had for a 6th round pick?

Actually, as far as I'm concerned if Aaron went down for an extended time we would be screwed like most teams. At that point I'd just as soon take our lumps draft high and kick ass next year. I know that may not be the best way to think but injuries really dishearten me.
